1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:
- "cuci8" refers to the online gambling platform operating under an international licence and accessible at https://cuci8.one.
- "Platform" means the website, mobile application, game interfaces and all digital services provided by cuci8.
- "Player" or "Member" is any individual who has registered a valid account on the cuci8 platform.

- "Account Balance" is the total funds available in a Player's account at any given time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Limit
cuci8 services are restricted to individuals who have reached the age of 21 or above. Registration or use of the platform by individuals below this age limit is strictly prohibited. cuci8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account that cannot verify the required age limit.
2.2 Single Account
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the cuci8 platform. Opening multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses, evade a suspension or for any other purpose is a fraudulent act and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.
2.3 Registration Information
Players must provide true, accurate and complete information during the registration process. This includes full name, mobile phone number, valid email address and any other information requested. Any changes to personal information must be reported to cuci8 within a reasonable time.
2.4 Identity Verification
cuci8 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Players may be required to submit a copy of their identity card (MyKad), bank statement or other supporting documents.
3. Platform Use
3.1 Account Access and Security
Players are fully responsible for keeping their login information confidential, including their username and password. Any activity that occurs under a Player's account will be treated as the Player's own action. Players must notify cuci8 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
3.2 Transaction Finality
All transactions carried out through the cuci8 platform are final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. Players are responsible for ensuring that payment details entered are correct before confirming any transaction.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. cuci8 accepts deposits through the following methods:
- Touch 'n Go eWallet
- DuitNow
- Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
- Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH
Funds will be credited to the account after successful transaction confirmation. cuci8 does not charge any processing fee for deposits.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is received and verified. Players must withdraw funds only to an account or e-wallet registered in their own name. cuci8 reserves the right to delay the withdrawal process until identity verification is completed.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
cuci8 complies with international guidelines on anti-money laundering (AML). Any suspicious transaction will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities. Funds proven to originate from illegal activities will be seized.
5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme
5.1 Welcome Bonus
cuci8 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to RM1,000. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value — that is, RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal from the bonus funds can be made.
Second example: a deposit of RM1,200 carries a maximum bonus of RM1,000, bringing the balance to RM2,200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be claimed once per Player or per household.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
- cuci8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud or suspected abuse of a promotion is detected.
- Other promotions such as birthday bonuses, cashback, referral and reload offers have their own terms, which will be communicated in the relevant promotional notification.
5.3 VIP Programme
Active players are eligible for the cuci8 VIP programme, which has five tiers:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tier upgrades are based on consistent betting activity and engagement on the platform. cuci8 reserves the right to review a Player's VIP tier from time to time.
6. Games and Betting
6.1 Game Results
All games on the cuci8 platform are operated by qualified third-party software providers and use verified random number generators (RNG) to ensure the fairness of every round. cuci8 does not manipulate or control the outcome of any game.
6.2 Sports Betting and Live Casino
Sports betting and live casino games are subject to the specific rules set by their respective operators. Odds for sports bets may change without notice before a match begins. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once a match has started.
6.3 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, cuci8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player. cuci8 is not responsible for any loss of winnings caused by technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.
7. Prohibitions and Restrictions
Players are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the cuci8 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to influence game outcomes.
- Cooperating with other Players to manipulate game results (collusion).
- Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Opening multiple accounts to obtain repeated promotional benefits.
- Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
- Taking any action that compromises the security, integrity or reputation of the cuci8 platform.
A breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings, without any compensation.
8. Account Termination
8.1 Closure by the Player
Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the cuci8 support team. Before the account is closed, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable terms. All transaction history will be retained in accordance with legal requirements.
8.2 Closure by cuci8
cuci8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in certain circumstances, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of terms and conditions, or instructions from a relevant regulatory body.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The cuci8 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. cuci8 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or be fully secure from cyber threats. In no event shall cuci8's total liability to any Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Gambling involves real financial risk. cuci8 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by Players as a result of betting activity. Players bet at their own risk.
11. Responsible Gambling
